Sherry Kalish

AMFT #129755

Welcome! My practice is devoted to individuals, families, and couples. I strive to help my clients feel empowered through life, feel safe to be their authentic selves and work through trauma. It is an honor to work with my clients and help them move through challenging emotions and trauma from the past and present. I aim to help my clients heal and feel a weight lifted off their shoulders. My goal is to help my clients build authentic relationships with themselves and their friends and family.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationship issues, women’s issues, and family conflict. I work with clients using modalities such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Positive Psychology, EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am passionate about using modalities that match my client’s needs.

I believe therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach. I tailor and personalize all therapy for what is best for each individual or family I work with to help them reach their goals and potential. Take a moment to pat yourself on the back for seeking help! Please get in touch with me with any questions or if you would like more information.
