When facing daily challenges in our lives, it can be difficult to see that we are loved, have a positive mindset, be grateful, feel good about ourselves, smile or have the motivation to do things that can negatively impact our daily functioning and relationships with others. I use an integrative approach in my practice to best meet each client’s individual needs that may include Strength-Based, Client-Centered, Attachment/Trauma-focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing, Harm-Reduction, Family Systems, and Solution-Focused. I will meet you where you are at!
