What’s getting in the way of you feeling good? Have you had a hard life? How are your relationships? What do you think about yourself?

Answering these questions can feel overwhelming and leave you wondering where to start, and that’s where I come in. I am genuinely interested in hearing your story and listening with compassion and curiosity. I value diversity and honor people from all walks of life.

I will support you individually, as a couple, or as a family to work through relationship difficulties, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, infidelity, trauma, substance use, and issues of self-worth and self-harm. I facilitate healing and growth by collaborating with my clients to identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, develop emotional awareness and acceptance, process traumas, expand coping strategies, learn new skills, and strengthen connections in their relationships.

I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and empowering space. You’ve already taken the first step in creating the change you want to see in your life by looking for resources and learning about therapy options. The next step is to find the right fit for you. If you are interested in working with me, please reach out so we can talk about it and see if we’re a good match.
