We are perfectly imperfect beings wholly deserving of authentic and meaningful lives. We strive to feel heard, be seen and accepted for who we are for many of us. Being disconnected from our truth can lead to feelings of loneliness, hopelessness, and helplessness. We are met with unforeseen challenges that impact our ability to navigate life easefully through the many seasons of our lives. Reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness but instead of immense strength. When we feel lost or unsure of what to do next, inviting an empathic other on our journey can be a life-changing experience. Imagine what it would be like to live in your truth and have fulfilling relationships that support, nourish, and inspire you.

In my practice, I give special attention to cultivate a safe, non-judgmental space that empowers clients to increase their awareness and heal. I embrace an integrated humanistic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach when collaborating with clients. I believe we can make a change, that posttraumatic growth is attainable, and that love and compassion for oneself are essential.

It would be an honor and privilege to support you on your journey towards wellness. Together, we can explore new ways of coping, quiet your inner critic, and connect with the belief that you are enough.
