Brenda Stephens is an esteemed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor acclaimed for her work with survivors of trauma, including those who have suffered narcissistic abuse. Brenda’s distinguished academic background includes graduating with top honors from the University of Wisconsin system.

In her role as the leader of Stephens Therapy Associates based in Southern California, Brenda concentrates on delivering effective mental health care using EMDR, IFS, and somatic-based and polyvagal-informed therapies. Her practice and accompanying coaching endeavor, The Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Center, is designed to serve survivors of narcissistic abuse both locally and globally, offering an array of therapeutic and coaching services.
